Dear Parent/ Guardian,
Whether teaching them to rock climb or how to tie their shoes, I have always worked with children. I am surrounded by children at home as well- Matthew, Micah, and Lydia. I am a graduate of The University of Memphis, Class of 2002 (BSEd) and Union University, 2005 (MEd) and 2008 (EdS). My first year of teaching was spent in China teaching English along with my awesome wife, Christy, at Xin An Middle School (www.xazx.net). I had the opportunity to work with the track and basketball team as well as use sports as a common ground to teach English. Physical Education is essential to educating the “total” child through its teaching sports skills, concepts, and social relationships. I aim to keep the “Education” in Physical Education and teach your child the joy of exercise and healthy living so that our future will rest soundly in the hands of strong and able men and women who are, today, our children.
