First thing for both laptop and iPad, is to either restart or power off and then back on.
Recently, Curve errors have been solved by clearing the cache/history.
For the laptop-
First, clear the cache for the Internet browser.

1. Open Safari - Click Safari (next to the apple in the top left)
2. Click Clear History
3. Set the dropdown to All History
4. Click Clear History

1. Open Google Chrome - Click Chrome (next to the apple in the top left)
2. Click Clear Browsing Data
3. Set time range to All Time
4. Click All three boxes
5. Click Clear Data
Next, run the Magic Button. It works quietly in the background making sure everything is up to date. It may pop up a window saying "this item is no longer available" once it finishes.
1. Go to the BCS App Store
2. Click Run on the Magic Button
3. Once that finishes, Restart the computer
For the Ipad-
