BCS 2nd Semester Enrollment Update

BCS Families,
As we prepare for the return of school on Tuesday, January 5th, 2021, we wanted to provide an update on your child’s enrollment choice. Due to the steady increase in COVID-19 cases in our community, BCS will not be opening an enrollment choice window at this time. This is due to many factors, including social distance requirements in our classrooms and schools. When the last enrollment choice window opened at the 9-week mark, we included the disclaimer that this choice was until further notice.
The only requests we will consider at this time will be students opting to go from in-person to virtual learning. We will monitor the situation during the second semester and make any changes as necessary. If there is an unavoidable circumstance impacting your child’s instruction that you would like reviewed, you may appeal your child’s enrollment choice by emailing BCSVirtual@bartlettschools.org.
We appreciate your flexibility and patience as we work to keep all our students, families, and staff safe during these uncertain times. Please help us by following the current COVID-19 guidelines to keep your family and friends safe. We hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing winter break!

2020 Bartlett "Reverse" Christmas Parade, Saturday, December 5, @ 4:00PM

2020 Bartlett "Reverse" Christmas Parade: A Christmas to Remember!

Saturday, December 5th, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., W.J. Freeman Park
This year is a year full of challenges and lots of creative and alternative ways to host an event and try our best to keep both the participants and spectators safe.

This year the City is holding a “Reverse” parade on Saturday, December 5th from 4-6pm inside W.J. Freeman Park. What is a “reverse” parade? A reverse parade is when the participants are static and the spectators drive by the participants in their cars.
Our BES PTO Parade Group is already hard at work, creating a wonderful float for this unique event.
Make plans to drive though Freeman Park this Satuirday from 4-6pm

Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas!

There is NO rain date for the parade. In the case of bad weather, we will watch the weather closely and make a decision on Saturday by 2 pm.
